Announcement of  List of valuation enterprises, List of qualified price appraisers practice of property valuation in 2013

Based on Decree No. 101/2005/ND-CP dated August 3, 2005 of the Government on price appraisal;

Based on Circular No. 17/2006/TT-BTC dated March 13, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 101/2005/ND-CP dated August 3, 2005 of the Government on pricing;

Considering requests from businesses;

            Ministry of Finance announced:

            1. International Valuation and Consulting Joint Stock Company, MHD Valuation Co., Ltd., M&H Auditing Co., Ltd. are eligible for asset valuation activities in 2013 ( List of assessors attached).

            2. Adjusting the list of price appraisers who are eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013 for the following businesses:

            – International Investment Valuation and Consulting Joint Stock Company:

            Delete the branch of the International Investment Consulting and Valuation Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City at item 2 in the list of valuation enterprises eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013 and the attached list of price appraisers who are eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013. Notice No. 56/TB-BTC dated January 29, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance announcing the list of valuation enterprises, the list of price appraisers eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013 .

            Delete the name of appraiser Luong Van Thanh, born in 1966, gender: Male, hometown: Ha Nam, position: TDV, card number IV06209 issued on January 13, 2009 and appraiser Truong Minh Duc, born in 1982, gender: Male, hometown: Ha Nam, position: TDV, card number III06092 issued on January 13, 2009 at item 2 in the List of valuation enterprises eligible to practice valuation. assets in 2013 and the list of price appraisers eligible to practice asset price appraisal in 2013 enclosed with Notice No. 56/TB-BTC dated January 29, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on the announcement of the list.             – Vietnam Valuation and Financial Consulting Co., Ltd:

            Delete appraiser Bui Thi Hoang Van, born in 1980, gender: Female, hometown: Thai Binh, position: TDV, card number VI10,441 issued on October 5, 2011 in section 53, section A in the List of price appraisers eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013 together with the Notice No. 48/TB-BTC dated January 24, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on the publication of the List of enterprises. Valuation profession, List of price appraisers eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013.

            – Oscar Vietnam Appraisal and Trading Co., Ltd:

            Removed name of appraiser Dang Lan Anh, born in 1977, gender: Female, hometown: Hanoi, position: TP, card number VII11,457 issued on September 27, 2012 at item 56, part A in the List of price appraisers eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013 enclosed with Notice No. 48/TB-BTC dated January 24, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on the publication of the List of enterprises. Valuation, List of price appraisers eligible to practice asset valuation in 2013.

            From the date of issue of this Notice, there are only 02 appraisers remaining to practice property valuation in 2013 at Oscar Vietnam Appraisal and Trading Co., Ltd. It is recommended that Oscar Vietnam Appraisal and Trading Co., Ltd. to ensure compliance with the provisions of Item 2.3, Clause 2, Section IV, Part B of Circular No. 17/2006/TT-BTC dated March 13, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance guiding guiding the implementation of Decree No. 101/2005/ND-CP dated August 3, 2005 of the Government on Valuation, specifically:  “During the course of valuation activities, the valuation enterprise must regularly regularly ensure that all the conditions specified at Point 2.1 above are satisfied. In case, after 3 consecutive months, the price appraisal enterprise fails to fully satisfy the conditions as prescribed in this regulation, it must stop providing price appraisal service and take responsibility before law for the quality of appraisal service. price must be provided under the signed contract (if any) during this period.”.

            – Hanoi Valuation Co., Ltd:

            Transfer of appraiser Tran Ngoc Tuyen- card number VII11,692 issued on September 27th, 2012 and appraiser Dinh Manh Ha-issued card number VI10,354 issued on October 5, 2011 has been notified by the Ministry of Finance qualified to practice asset valuation in 2013 at Hanoi Valuation Co., Ltd. at section 41, Part A, Notice No. 48/TB-BTC dated January 24, 2013 to practice at Ho Chi Minh City Branch. Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi Valuation Co., Ltd. At the same time, change the position of appraiser Tran Ngoc Tuyen from “Valuator – TA” to “Branch Director – Branch Director”.

            In the course of valuation activities,  price appraisal enterprises and price appraisers  must strictly comply with the provisions of Decree No. 101/2005/ND-CP dated August 3, 2005 of the Government. Government on price appraisal and Circular No. 17/2006/TT-BTC dated March 13, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 101/2005/ND-CP dated August 3, 2005 of the Government on valuation.

            This notice takes effect from the date of signing.
