About the announcement of the List of Valuation Enterprises,

List of qualified price appraisers

asset appraisal in 2015

Based on Decree No. 89/2013/ND-CP, dated August 6, 2013 of the Government, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Prices on appraisal of prices;

Based on Circular No. 38/2014/TT-BTC dated March 28, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance, guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 89/2013/ND-CP dated August 6, 2013 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Price on valuation;

Considering requests from businesses,

Ministry of Finance announced:

1. List of valuation enterprises and branches of valuation enterprises that are eligible for property valuation activities in 2015 (Attached list).

            2. List of price appraisers qualified to practice property valuation in 2015 (Attached list).

In the course of price appraisal activities, valuation enterprises and price appraisers must strictly comply with the provisions of the Law on Prices, Decree No. 89/2013/ND-CP dated August 6 /2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Price Law on valuation and Circular No. 38/2014/TT-BTC dated March 28, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance, guiding a number of articles of the Decree No. 89/2013/ND-CP dated 06/8/2013.

This notice is valid from January 1, 2015 to September 24, 2015. From September 25, 2015, price appraisal enterprises may continue to operate when they have the Certificate of eligibility for business in valuation services issued by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the law on valuation. .

 The valuation enterprises are not named in this Notice and Notice No. 38/TB-BTC dated January 20, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance on the publication of the List of Valuation Enterprises, the List of Valuation Enterprises, and the List of Valuation Enterprises. Price appraisers who are qualified to practice property valuation in 2015 are only allowed to operate upon the announcement of the Ministry of Finance./.
