JOB DESCRIPTION
– Carry out bidding, procurement of goods and services according to the provisions of law and the internal regulations, rules and procedures of the Company.
– Review bidding documents, purchase goods and services in compliance with the provisions of law, regulations, processes and internal procedures of the Company.
– Actively research and update the laws, regulations, processes and internal procedures of the Company related to bidding and procurement activities.
– Research, draft, propose to amend and update internal regulations on procurement. Research, draft and comment on other internal regulations requested by competent authorities.
– Perform other tasks as assigned.
